With over two decades of experience in both early & mid-stage startups as well as large technology companies, I focus on providing simple solutions to complex user problems. I have experience working in machine learning and analytics products, e-commerce, fintech, telecommunications, and real estate, for companies like Amazon, HERE Technologies, Plunk, Medio, and Intelligent Results.
Plunk was a startup that helped real estate professionals do financial analysis of properties and real estate markets in the same way business analysts study stocks and financial markets.

In 2019, Plunk began as a whiteboard session between myself and two colleagues. Over the next four years I worked with a team of data scientists to transform our initial concept into a functional real estate analytics startup with 23 employees. I helped secure seed funding, identified our target market, established a long-term vision, and built the Plunk brand. This involved designing, launching, and testing proof-of-concepts for investors along with bringing multiple products to market.
HERE Technologies is a mapping and location data and location services company with over 7,000 people in 52 countries.
In July 2014, HERE Technologies acquired Medio Systems, a mobile analytics startup where I served as Design Director. I then joined HERE and helped to lead the design of the Open Location Platform (OLP). OLP is a comprehensive suite of tools that allows developers to build innovative location-based applications including navigation, fleet management, inventory tracking, and autonomous driving. In addition to steering this overarching vision, I was principal designer for the Data Processing Pipelines app within the OLP suite.
